A study was conducted to determine the best availabl e phosphorus level of laying ration after adding crude phytase. The factorial ex perimental design included two levels of crude phytase(0,0.5%) and three levels of available phosphorus (0.1%,0.2%,0.4%). The experimental results showed that f or the 70-week-dd laying hens, when 0.1% AP was added to their ration, the rat ion contained 0.5% CPE as compared with one without CPE had the following effect s during 6 weeks: 1) the entire period laying rate, mean egg production capacity and feed consumption tended to increase, and feed/egg ratio and cracked egg per centage tended to decrease; 2)the eggshell thickness increased by 3.35×10 -1 mm (P<0.05) and the eggshell strength increased by 1.63kg/cm2 (P<0.05) ; 3) the P content of the tibia improved significantly (P< 0.05). When the ration contained 0.2% and 0.4% AP, adding or not CPE to the ration had not signi ficant difference (P>0.05). It was concluded that adding CPE to the ration o f laying hens could make AP of the ration decrease by 0.1%.

采用 2× 3因子设计 ,处理因素包括 0、0 .5 %两个粗制植酸酶 (CPE)和 0 .1%、0 .2 %、0 .4 %三个有效磷 (AP)水平 ,研究 70周龄新罗曼蛋鸡日粮中添加粗制植酸酶后的最佳AP水平。结果表明 ,在 6周内 ,AP为0 .1%时 ,粗制酶添加组与不加组相比 ,对生产性能、蛋品质、骨骼质量的影响分别为 :1)全期产蛋率、平均产蛋量、耗料量均有增加趋势 ,料蛋比和破蛋率有下降趋势 ;2 )蛋品质 :蛋壳厚度增加 3.35× 10 - 1 mm (P <0 .0 5 ) ,蛋壳强度增加 1.6 3kg cm2 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;3)胫骨质量 :胫骨磷含量显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。AP为 0 .2 %、0 .4 %的加酶与不加酶组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。综合生产性能、蛋品质和骨骼质量三方面的因素 ,可以认为 ,添加粗制酶后 ,蛋鸡日粮AP水平可降低为 0 .1%。
