用由人参、当归、三七、水姓、红花、黄芪、川可、丹参、淫羊藿、枸杞、熟地、枣皮、益智仁、首乌组成的中药给正常SD大鼠灌胃3d后,观察脑血流量的变化。结果示:不同剂量的中药均增加大鼠脑血流量,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。表明本实验所用中药具有增加SD大鼠脑血流量作用。

The extraction of date-red pigment and its stability were studied. The results showed that the pigment was water soluble, and it was stabal to heat and light. It was also stabal in solutions of hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, metal ions, oxidizers and sucrose, etc; However, it was less stabal to negative ions, reductants, vitamin C, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, etc.

枣皮红色素的提取工艺及其稳定性进行了系统研究。结果表明枣皮红色素水溶性较好,色素溶液对光、热比较稳定;在酸、碱、金属离子、氧化剂、蔗糖等添加剂中具有较好的稳定性;但在含氧酸根阴离子、还原剂、Vc、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾等添加剂中稳定性较差。

Extraction conditions of zizyphus pigment were discussed and the optimum extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal test. The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimum extracting conditions were: temperature was under 80℃, ultrasonic extracting time 30 minutes and the proportion of materials 1:16.The effects of different conditions such as light, pH, H2O2 and Na2SO3 on the stability properties of pigment were also discussed.

用正交实验对大枣红色素的提取工艺条件进行了筛选,得出最优提取条件为:在80℃下,用16倍于枣皮粉的80%乙醇,超声波浸提30min。同时研究了光照、pH值、H2O2、Na2SO3等因素对色素稳定性的影响,结果表明大枣红色素除在强氧化剂H2O2和碱性环境中稳定性较差外,在其他条件下均具有良好的稳定性。
