Plant fiber gypsum slag hollow block was produced adopting nuisance free unburned process taking plant fiber powdered scrap, waste foam and gypsum slag as main raw material (over 65% of total proportioning) which density is 450-1000 kg/m3 and coefficient of thermal conductivity 0.12-0.135 W/(m·K) and the aggregate cost of MU3.5 grade product is 105.57 yuan/m3 by calculation, that provides environmental protective wall material for green housing construction in small town.
As for enhanced block with plant fiber and gesso masonry hollow block, its unit weight is 450kg/m3~1000kg/m3; its coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.12W/m. k~0.135W/m.
