this paper applies Mu1ti-objective grey-state decision making to enterprises’ human resource disposal. It provides a new method for human resource disposal. Compared with other methods, this decision making procedure shows that it has greater advantage, it can make the complex decision problems simpler and at the same time improve the decision accuracy.

为简化企业复杂的人力资源决策过程,综合分析企业目标与个人目标,给出了包括教育程度、工作经验、工作技能和员工满意度等企业人力资源配置目标,并采用多目标灰色局势决策方法对人力资源进行了有效配置.与单一目标决策方法相比,多目标局势决策方法更加科学合理.
