Present investigation involves the detection of the hygienic measure-

Fermented corn powder containing toxoflavin and bongkretic acid produced by p. farinofermentans can cause acute food poisoning, but stu- dy on mutagenicity of toxoflavin have not been reported. We study mu- tagenicity of toxoflavin by Tradescantia Paludosa and animal micronuc- leus tests. The results of statistical analysis have revealed that toxofla- vin prosseses evident mutagenic action in both plant and animal cells. 酵米面中毒病原菌引起食物中毒的原因是该菌产生的水溶性毒黄素和米酵菌酸,此毒性物质与可污染酵米面和银耳等食品引起急性食物中毒,但对毒黄素诱变试验的研究,国内外尚未见报道,我们利用紫露草微核技术和动物微核试验对毒黄素的诱变性进行了研究,试验结果显示,尽管两种试验细胞各异,但都表现出较强的诱变作用,毒黄素对细胞的诱变作用在食品卫生的检测上具有重要意义。

Several aspects of monitoring methods for the industrial steady noise were reported. The optimal number and height of monitoring point and reasonable number of spectrum analysis were discussed. Moreover, the influence of the microphone with four heights and two orientations (0° and 180°) as well as other confounding factors during noise measurement were investigated. The results showed that within those specific monitoring area with steady noise less than 3dB(A), 3 or 5 monitoring points at the height (150cm)...

Several aspects of monitoring methods for the industrial steady noise were reported. The optimal number and height of monitoring point and reasonable number of spectrum analysis were discussed. Moreover, the influence of the microphone with four heights and two orientations (0° and 180°) as well as other confounding factors during noise measurement were investigated. The results showed that within those specific monitoring area with steady noise less than 3dB(A), 3 or 5 monitoring points at the height (150cm) would be needed for a large size workshop (1 or 3 points in small size) in term of noise level—(A) and only one point for spectrum analysis should be carried out. It was considered that the Sound Level Meter & Octave-band Filter Set (type ND_2, made in China) as a standard instrument appeared to be effective enough for routine monitoring works and should be recommended for all parts of our country.

本文报道了工业稳态噪声若干卫生检测方法问题:采样测试高度、测点样数及频谱分析样数的多少等;对传声器四种高度的两种角度指向(0°和180°角)和影响测试的其它因素进行了探讨。结果表明,在稳态噪声小于3dB的特定检测区内监测时,至少对高度(150cm)、大车间实施3~5测样点(小车间取样1~3测样点)的(A)声级检测和1个点的频谱分析。作者认为国产ND型声级计倍频程滤波器作为常规标准监测仪器是可行的。
