A technological process of thin layer leaching-resin ion exchange-MgO precipitation for recovery of uranum from some crushed ore (U 0.125%) is proposed. Batch test results showed that >94% of U extration could be obtained and the total amount of sulfuric acid consumed was about 3.8% (by wt. )of the sampled ore of minus 20 mm size. During the enlarged test, the 5 kg crushed ore of the preferred minus 10 mm size was well mixed with conc. sulfuric acid followed by piling up in a φ84 column of 1 m height, and then...

本文针对钠化钒渣含钠、磷、硫、硅高的特点,提出了碳酸化—弱碱性氯化铵沉钒制取精 V_2O_5及回收钠盐的工艺流程,可制得 V_2O_5品位>98%的产品,以碳酸钠形式回收的钠盐纯度高,可直接返回铁水钠化预处理使用。该工艺流程钒、钠收率高,实现了分段闭路循环,避免了工艺废水的排放。在实验室条件试验的基础上,进行了扩大试验和半工业性试验。扩大试验钒实收率为90.6%、钠实收率为79.9%;半工业试验钒实收率为85.10%、钠实收率为45.04%。文章还分析和阐述了半工业试验钒、钠收率偏低的原因。

Tests were carried out for overall handling the vanadium and chromium contained waste water from vanadium extracting process. The neutralized sludge was leached with alkaline liquor, purified and precipitated. The resultant product has a purity more than 99%. The residues can be used for making Cr-V alloy with Cr 82-86% by means of metalothermic process.

本文对钒渣提钒后的含钒、铅废水进行了综合处理试验。钒铬中和渣经碱浸、净化、沉淀可使V_2O_5纯度大于99%,其残渣用炉外法可冶炼含Cr82—86%的铬钒合金。
