The Chaerhan potash deposit in China was discovered in the development of Chaidamu basin in 1956 when the road building workers found accidentally the clue to potash mineralizations according to which Ministry of Chemical Industry sent a team to practise a early stage investigation. To know the changes of heamoglobin in road constructors acute exposed to altitude of 4745m. Methods: 48 objects were examined continuously using earlobe blood sample. Results and conclusions:The Hb level of objects dicreased with prolongation of adapted period but it had a difference in various objects and Hb level is biger compared with low land healthy.

目的:了解急进海拔4745m地区很快从事中度以上体力劳动的筑路工人血红蛋白(Hb)变化;方法:对48例筑路工人采用耳垂血进行同体连续Hb测定;结果:发现人体急进高原后Hb随适应时间的增加由高向低转变,且不同个体有其不同的适应轨迹;结论:Hb变化总体趋势是随适应时间的延长而逐渐下降,但仍高于转低海拔地区健康人水平。

目的 :探讨不同海拔高原低氧环境对青藏铁路沿线筑路工人全血 5-羟色胺的影响 ;方法 :采用荧光技术测定北京组、西宁组 (海拔 2 2 60m)、格尔木 (海拔 2 850m)、昆仑山口 (海拔 50 50m)筑路工人在重体力劳动负荷下 ,全血 5-羟色胺的变化 ;结果 :随海拔的升高、氧分压下降 ,筑路工人劳动时间和劳动强度与 2 2 60m筑路工相等 ,但劳动效率明显降低 ,全血 5-羟色胺含量梯度增高 ;移居 2 850m、50 50m的两组筑路工与 2 2 60m比较 ,t值分别为 2 .3 8和 3 .1 8,P <0 .0 1 ;结论 :高原低氧加之重体力劳动是导致全血 5-羟色胺单胺递质变化的主要因素。
