In this paper, the fundamental problems in the calculation of derailment in the world are expounded: The uniqueness of the solution of the vibration equations of the car and track fails to be guaranteed; The exciting source is unable to include all of the factors which result in the transverse vibration of the train track system; The calculation of random vibration of the train track system can not be resolved; It is irrelevancy to consider the calculation of the wheel/rail interactive force as the breakthrough in the analysis of derailment; The random maximum value of the derailment coefficient Q/P and the wheel load reducing rate Δ P/P of actual train can not be reflected by the limited value of Q/P and Δ P/P in existing criterion, therefore, whether the possible value of Q/P and Δ P/P of the actual train don't exceed the limited value can not be guaranteed. In addition, the theory and practice of the energy random analysis for train derailment are more discussed afterwards literature ; The derailment analysis instances, which correspond to the actual results, are made again; The measures about preventing train derailment and the calculation method of the safety coefficient against derailment N are presented.

本文论述了国内外脱轨计算中的根本问题 :车辆与轨道振动方程解的唯一性无保证 ;采用的激振源未包括所有引起车轨系统横向振动因素的作用 ;车轨系统随机振动的计算问题未解决 ;以轮轨相互作用力的计算为脱轨分析的突破口不恰当 ;现行规范规定的脱轨系数 Q/ P及轮重减载率 ΔP/ P限值 ,不能反映实际列车 Q/ P及ΔP/ P的随机最大值 ,不能保证实际列车可能产生的最大 Q/ P及 ΔP/ P不超过规范限值。另外 ,本文继文献 [1]进一步论述了列车脱轨能量随机分析的理论与实践 ;再次作了实例脱轨分析 ,与实践结果吻合 ;提出了预防列车脱轨措施及车轨系统抗脱轨安全系数 N的计算方法
