A Iaser controlled precision X-Y stage system has been built in Institute of Optics andElectronics Academic Sinica for electron beam microfabrication.It consists of X-Y vacuumstage,laser interferometer optics and electronics,vacuum chamber,X & Y drive motors anddrive electronics,microcomputer local control unit with printer,vacuum pump,vibration iso-lation table.The stage has V-ways with 100×100mm traverse.To avoid magnetic influenceon the beam location the materials used in the stage are selected non-magnetics.The V-wa-ys have been carefully demagnetized.Two 1/10 wave V-shaped mirrors are mounted at 90°to each other on the stage.The orthogonality is within 1 ar(?) second.Except laser source andphotodetectors the optics of interferometer are mounted in the vacuum chamber.Thus the in-fluence on the wavelength by the air condition is eliminated.The optical arrangement of theinterferometer is specially considered in order to obtain a stable interferogram and high resolu-tion.The resolution of the interferomer is 0.04μ.X & Y drive motors outside the vacuumchamber drive the stage inside the chamber via rotory feedthroughs.Operation of the stage iscontrolled by a microcomputer.The drive electronics as well as the interferometerelectronics are mounted in a cabinit.Two decimal displays continuously indicate theposition of the stage in two directions.A diffusion pump is fixed under the va-cuum chamber in the middle of the vibration isolation table.It is a spring-suspended one.The frequency of the system is 2 Hz.position repeatability of this X-Y stage system hasbeen determined to be 2σ=0.04μ.Accuracy is bettet than 0.1μ.

通过理论和实验相结合的方法,提出了一个适用于悬挂式气敏传感器的热功耗Ph与工作温度T0和环境温度Tr的关系式,并用理论公式和实验数值相结合的方法给出了自然对流换热系数为7~8W·m2K-1的结果.

On the basis of a combination of theory with experiments a relational expression is presented, applicable to the thermal-power consumption P h/mW of a suspended gas sensor versus its working temperature T0 and ambient temperature Tr that is Ph={5.67×10-11[(T0)4-(T0)4]×0.85+0.21(T0-T0)}S where T0=aT0+bTr,a≈0.135,b≈1.0, S is the surface area of the sensor chip or its body. The gas sensitive devices whose power consumption is under 10 mW can be designed through the Si microelectronic thinfilm technique.

通过理论和实验相结合的方法提出了一个适用于悬挂式气敏元件的热功耗Ph/mW与工 作温度T0,环境温度Tr及芯片尺寸S的关系式 Ph={5.67×10-11[(T0) 4-(T0)4]×0.85+0.21(T0-T0)}S (T0=aT0+bTr, a≈0.135, b≈1.0) 并指出采用Si微电子薄膜技术可设计出功耗在10 mW以下的气敏元件.
