Pair reactors of an electrochemical reactor and an chemicaldesulfurization reactor were used to study the electrolytic hydrogen production at a low voltage and the chemical desulfurization of coal.The effects of several parameters on the electrolytic process and coal desulfurization were investigated.The combination on the two reactions into a cyclic process was also studied.The results indicated that the process can be realized for the production of pure hydrogen at an electrical voltage approximately one-half that used for generating H2 by ordinary electrolysis of water.The current efficiency for H2 production is about 97% and the power consumption is 2.4kW h/Nm3H2 Various sulfur-containing components in coal were removed in the desulfurization reactor to some extent.In this system,the cyclic process between the electrochemical reactor and the chemical desulfurization reactor was carried out stably.

利用双反应器进行了低电压下电解制氢及煤化学脱硫的研究。该系统由电化学反应器和煤化学脱硫反应器两部分组成。考察了不同参数对电解过程及煤化学脱硫过程的影响情况,并初步研究了双反应器的循环配合问题。结果表明,采用双反应器形式在较低电压(1.0V)下电解制氢,可制得高纯氢气,产氢电流效率为97%左右,每生产1Nm~3H_2耗电2.4W·h,同时能在一定程度上脱除煤中的各种含硫化合物。煤脱硫滤液电解与电解液再脱硫的循环配合较好,使循环操作可较平稳进行。

A cheap hydrogen production method has been studied by an Indirect Electrolysis Process or Two reactor System,which can effectively recover both hydrogen and sulfur from hydrogen sulfide containing gas simultaneously.The results show that:in the absorption reactor,where the temperature is 70—90℃ and an absorbent is composed of chlorate acid(5—7 M)and iron chloride(0.4—0.8 M),the absorption rate of hydrogen sulfide(15—40 V%)in one processing can reach 60—90% and high quality of sulfur can be obtained.At the same time,in the electrolysis reactor,which use carbon fabric as anode and platinum modified carbon fabric as cathode,pure hydrogen can be obtained with the temperature of 50℃,electricity consumption of 2.4 kWh/NM 3H 2 and electricity density of 1000A/m 2.The process in both reactor are controlled by mass transfer step and can be expected to be better by enhancing mass transfer.

利用硫化氢制取氢气是一种获得廉价氢的方法。采用氧化-电解的双反应器法对含硫化氢气体进行了脱硫制氢研究。试验表明:双反应器法可以在较宽的范围内实现对硫化氢的有效吸收;在常压、70—90℃时,采用含盐酸(5—7M)的氯化铁溶液(0.4—0.8M)处理15—40%的含硫化氢气体,硫化氢的一次吸收率可达60—90%,并可同时制取氢气和硫磺;电解反应器采用石墨为阳极、镀铂石墨为阴极时,阳、阴极电流效率均接近100%,50℃、电流密度1000A/m2下制氢可以达到2.4kWh/Nm3H2的较低电耗水平。在实验条件下,该系统的氧化吸收硫化氢和电解过程均受传质控制,有关制氢指标可望通过加强传质而得以改善。
