Having analyzed the feature of the shearing procedure, author derives the calculating formulas of the inclined angle a and the curvature radius ρ at the cutting point in the shear- ing process. In the last part of the paper is discussed the selection of scrap cho- pper's important constructional parameters: the circular diameter of D_0, the num- ber of edge m, the inclined angle of edge and so on. This paper aims to provide more reliable bases for latter design.

本文主要讨论和分析新型双滚筒式碎边剪的刀刃曲线形成原理,刀刃曲线的形状分析,并推导出刀刃曲线方程式。通过对剪切过程的特点分析,导出了剪切过程中剪切点处的刀刃倾角α和曲率半径ρ的计算公式。最后讨论了叶边剪的主要结构参数:刀刃圆周直径D_0,刀刃数目,刀刃倾角(?)等的选择,为今后的设计提供了较可靠的依据。

The shape of load-loading displacement curve of straight notched 3pb test is analyzed. According to the theory of stiffness, the loading-unloading cycle after failure load can be obtained from ordinary testing machine, and which is proved in the test. Using the standard short rod specimen 50mm in diameter of marble and granite, the influence of consecutive loading-unloading cycles to rock Kic was studied. It was found that the consecutive loading-unloading cycles reduces the value of rock Kic Testing specimen...

According to the theory of stiffness, the loading-unloading cycle after failure load can be obtained from ordinary testing machine, and which is proved in the test. Using the standard short rod specimen 50mm in diameter of marble and granite, the influence of consecutive loading-unloading cycles to rock Kic was studied. It was found that the consecutive loading-unloading cycles reduces the value of rock Kic Testing specimen with four kinds of rock were studied on the "plasticity" influence of straight notched 3pb specimen. It was concluded that "plasticity" influence exists in straight notched specimen and the method for "plasticity" correction was given.

本文根据岩样直切口三点弯试验的载荷—加载点位移曲线形状的分析和刚度理论,认为可用普通材料试验机作出直切口三点弯试验最大载荷后的加卸载循环,并得到试验验证。用大理岩和花岗岩标准短棒试件试验得出反复加卸载对岩石抵抗裂纹扩展能力(即K_(1C))的影响。根据四种试件的断裂韧度试验结果,从理论和实验上论述了直切口三点弯试验与V形切口试验同样存在“塑性”影响,提供了直切口三点弯试验的“塑性”修正方法。

This article discusses analyzing curveshapeand distinguishing m ethods on 3D surface. Considering needsofrecog nizing 3D footm arks in detective w ork, this paper poses draw ing features ofequal value curves ofthree dim entionalsurface, the analysis for space structure and auto regresive spectrum ofthe curve shape,and a fuzzy distinguishing m ethod on the base ofthe above analysis. Itis proved by experim ents thatthe m ethod is very effective on recognizing 3Dsurface.

讨论曲线形状分析与三维表面识别方法。针对刑侦工作中立体足迹识别的要求,提出了三维表面的等值线特征提取,曲线形状的空间结构及自回归谱(AR谱)分析,以及基于曲线形状分析的模糊模式识别方法,实验表明该方法用于三维表面识别效果明显。
