近年来,我所和有关医院协作,试用深层发酵培养的薄盖灵芝[Ganoderma capens (Lloyd)Teng]菌丝体治疗进行性肌营养不良和萎缩性肌强直等疾病,发现有一定的疗效。我们从菌丝体的水溶部分分得五种化学成分。根据光谱分析分别鉴定为:腺嘌呤(Ⅰ),腺嘌呤核苷(Ⅱ),尿嘧啶(Ⅲ),尿嘧啶核苷(Ⅳ)和D-甘露醇等。动物实验证明,尿嘧啶和尿嘧啶核苷对实验性肌强直症小鼠血清醛缩酶有降低作用。

In order to produce large amount of mycelia of Ganoderma capense (Lloyd) Teng by submerged culture technique, a study has been made on the fermentation conditions of the fungus. The mycelium of this fungus under submerged condition is colorless, filamentous, septate and branched.The following optimal conditions were verified, the medium composition (No.4): 4.0% sucrose, 2.0% soybean cake meal, 0.15% KH_2PO_4, 0.075% MgSO_4·7H_2O and 0.05% (NH_4)_2 SO_4, with natural pH, optimal amount of inoculum being 10%,...

In order to produce large amount of mycelia of Ganoderma capense (Lloyd) Teng by submerged culture technique, a study has been made on the fermentation conditions of the fungus. The inoculated cultures were incubated at 24~26℃ for 5~6 days.Fermentation is usually stopped as the pH dropped to about 5.0 and residual sugar to aboul 0.3%.

为了解决临床药源,对薄盖灵芝(Ganoderma capense(Lloyd)Teng)Gcl菌种进行了深层发酵培养的研究。所得结果是:选用4号发酵培养基(由蔗糖4%,豆饼粉2%,KH_2PO_40.15%,CaCO_3 0.05%,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.075%及(NH_4)_2SO_40.05%组成),在24~26℃下,培养120~144小时,发酵液为黄棕色,布满菌丝,静止后澄清透明,pH值约为5左右,残糖量降至0.3左右,具有清香味,这时即可终止发酵。发酵物经提取后制成针剂及片剂,供临床应用。

The paper reported the results of studies on submerged fermentation of edible fungi. The medium for submerged fermentation should contain various nutrients, which is necessary for growth and reproduction of edible fungi,provide optimum environmental conditions, such as suitable viscosity, which determine the dimensions of mycelium mass. The procedure of submerged fermentation of edible fungi was very similar to that of antibiotics, but the technological conditions for different kinds of edible fungi were different....

The paper reported the results of studies on submerged fermentation of edible fungi. The medium for submerged fermentation should contain various nutrients, which is necessary for growth and reproduction of edible fungi,provide optimum environmental conditions, such as suitable viscosity, which determine the dimensions of mycelium mass. The procedure of submerged fermentation of edible fungi was very similar to that of antibiotics, but the technological conditions for different kinds of edible fungi were different. In the case of Lentinus edodes, it took 72-96 hours to ferment. By the end of fermentation, the number of mycelium mass reached 5300-6800/ml, the dry weight of mycelia was 3.20-3.45%, and the amount of aminonitrogen in suspension was as high as 8-14mg/100ml. The pH value of fermentation suspension gradually declined in the course of fermentation, and the time to finish fermentation! could be decided according to the pH value. In the case of Pleurotus sapidus, it took 48 hours to ferment, and the pH value of fermentation suspension kept almost in the same level during fermentation . By the end of fermentation, the dry weighs of mycelia reached about 3.2%. The last part of the paper suggesested the possible ways o use and exploit the products of submerged fermentation of edible fungi.

本文报道了食用真菌工业深层发酵的研究结果。深层发酵的培养基要具备生长繁殖所需要的各种营养成份,具备形成适当大小菌丝球的环境因素,这种环境因素即是培养液的粘性拉力和生物物理上的剪切作用。食用真菌工业深层发酵的工艺程序与抗生素发酵基本相似,但不同食用菌对工艺条件的要求有些差异。香菇菌(Lentinus edodes)深层发酵72—96小时,每毫升发酵液的菌球数可达5300—6800,菌丝干鼋达3.0—3.45%。发酵液的pH值随发酵的进行而下降,pH值可作为发酵终点的判断依据。发酵后期氨基氮含量高达8-14mg/100ml。紫孢侧耳(Pleurotus sapidus)深层发酵48小时,发酵液的pH值基本上保持不变。菌丝于重达可达3.2%。本文还提出了工业深层发酵培养食用真菌的开发利用途径。
