Many tests and measurements were made on their moth proofing characteristics of thenewly developed synthetic pyrethroids moth proofing agents MP-8, M P-19 applied on wooland Angora textiles. The exhausts of these agents and their effects on dye uptake, shadeand fastness properties were measured under the co-dyeing treatment of sulfuric or aceticdyebathes. Biological evaluation were made according to the standard I.W.S TM 25, usingcommon cloth moth (Tineola bisselliella Hum) which was identified and reared in accorda-nce with TM 25 as test insect. Light, washing, and clearing fastness of the moth proofingagents were tested with reference to AATCC test method-28-1980. Rearing of common clothmoth was described and the evaluation of moth proofing effectiveness to textiles of diffe-rent material and structure was discussed in this article.

本文对国内试制的拟除虫菊酯类复配防蛀剂用于兔、羊毛制品的防蛀效果进行了测试。防蛀方法采用染色同浴处理工艺,测试了在强酸浴、弱酸浴中防蛀剂的吸收率、防蛀剂对染料上染率、染品色光、染色牢度的影响。用经过鉴定符合标准的幕衣蛾(Tineola bisselliella Hum)按照IWS.TM-25标准进行生物蛀蚀试验,评定防蛀效果。参照AATCC-28标准对防蛀剂的耐光、耐洗作了试验。文中对幕衣蛾饲养也作了介绍。

All Of pyrethroids are insoluble in water.In this paper,the author tried to introduce a polargroup to the pyrethroids,in order to make them soluble in water as a moth proofing agent for wool.The water soluble pyrethroid was determined by biological measurement to have a satisfactorymoth proofing effect with high fastness to water-washing and lightness.

所有拟除虫菊酯不溶于水。我们设法在拟除虫菊酯分子中引进极性基团。从而合成了水溶性拟除虫菊酯并作为防蛀剂用于羊毛,经生物测试有良好防蛀效果以及耐洗、耐晒性能。水溶性拟除虫菊酯具有高效、安全、无毒等优点。

The effect,Security and toxicity of high-effective Miezhuling(mothcide) weretested. The Miezhuling had killing and preventive function to fur pests in any growth stagewith a killing rate of 99. 47%~100% and it kept in function for 45 months. The effect of theMiezhuling remained stable even in condition of boiling,freezing,sunning and being stored 2years at regular temperature. The product had no corrosion to fur products and no toxicity tohuman being,It may be used in warehouse,hotel and household.

对高效灭蛀灵的药效、安全性、毒理进行测定。结果表明:高效灭蛀灵对各类毛皮及其制品主要害虫的各发育期均具有杀灭和预防作用,杀虫率在99.47%~100%;防蛀效果达45个月;室温保存两年或煮沸、冷冻、日晒,药效均无明显变化;对各类毛皮及制品无腐蚀性,对人安全。应用效果证明,本品安全、高效、实用,有灭蛀、防蛀、防霉、消毒之功效,适宜于仓储、宾馆、家庭使用。
