In rapid plasma spray tooling (RPST), there are pores in the plasma sprayed coating that can not be avoided because of the spraying process itself. In this paper, we calculated the relationship between the macro effective thermal conductivity (ETC) of plasma sprayed coating and the meso spherical pore structure. In rapid plasma spray tooling (RPST), there are pores in the plasma sprayed coating that can not be avoided because of the spraying process itself. In this paper, we calculated the relationship between the macro effective thermal conductivity (ETC) of plasma sprayed coating and the meso spherical pore structure. ETCs of structures with different porosity have been calculated. We also compared the results with that calculated by the homogenization theory as well as by the theoretical formulas. The results have been analyzed. All this can help to find the basic rules affecting the quality of plasma sprayed coating, and to provide scientific foundations that can help to optimize the parameters of RPST process and diagnose the quality of coating.

等离子熔射快速制模中 ,由于熔射工艺本身的特点 ,熔射涂层具有一定的孔隙。本文中 ,作者采用基于元胞(U nit Cell)的有限元数值方法 ,直接计算涂层宏观等效热传导系数与细观球形多孔结构的联系 ,计算了不同孔隙率下材料等效热传导系数的变化。并与基于匀质化理论 (Homogenization Theory)和多孔材料理论计算公式得到的等效热传导系数作了对比 ,分析了计算结果。这对于找到影响熔射层质量的基本规律 ,为熔射快速制模工艺参数的合理设计和熔射质量的诊断分析提供了科学依据

The homogenization theory was used to establish the mathematic model for the temperature field on macro-micro scale, and various scanning speed was applied to the RPST. The coating growth and the temperature field of the coating were simulated and various corresponding temperature fields were discussed to obtain good coating by applying a reasonable scanning speed.

采用基于匀质化理论的宏细观连成温度场计算数学模型 ,模拟了等离子熔射过程中皮膜生长过程及其温度场 ,并采用不同的喷枪运动速率研究其对熔射中皮膜生长过程温度场的影响 ,以期得到合理的喷枪运动速率和改善皮膜质量
