4) The prototype device is measured and the gyroscope drive and sense performance is tested with its circuits. The result shows: the gyroscopes’driving frequency and quality factor are 2105Hz and 94,scale factor is 14.8mV/°/s , bias stability is 0.35°/s.
Application status of MEMS in inertial measurement is summarized, the basic principles of accelerometers and gyroscopes and their commercialization situation are briefly introduced, some ideas about development of micromachined inertial sensor in China are presented.
By modifying structure,signal processing,checking operating current addition from moment motor,controlling moment of resistance of electromagnetism damper,offsetting precession from rotor of rigid body,pendulum sensor is not to be disturbed by outside force. The sensor possesses advantages of both tilted-angle pendulum sensor and position gyrostat,thus restrains acceleration.
Local Controllability of a System of Powered Gyroscopes
Controlling properties of an arbitrary system of powered gyroscopes are studied in relation to the current gyroscope location and constraints on the angular velocities of gyroscope rotation.
The quality of local controllability is determined for three types of constraints as a function of the angular position of gyroscopes, and optimal algorithms of forming the controlling moment are derived.
