In this study in New Zealand, a sample of regular primary school teachers (N= 63) were categorised according to 'high', 'moderate' or 'low' scores on a scale which measures their views on mainstreaming policies and practices.
      


This paper describes a study to discover regular primary school teachers' acceptance of special needs children. The data is based upon 357 teachers in Shanghai who returned completed questionnaires. The results show that various factors, especially the small-class system and effective training, have an effect upon regular primary school teachers' acceptance of special needs children. These factors must be taken into account for effective learning in the regular classroom.

本文通过问卷就普通小学教师对特殊儿童的接纳态度进行了研究。上海市 3 68名被试参加了本调查 ,有效被试为 3 57人。研究结果表明 ,普通小学教师对特殊儿童的接纳态度受多方面因素的影响 ,其中小班制及有效的培训是极其重要的方面。因此 ,在进行随班就读工作时必须综合考虑这些因素。

Status quo is surveyed via questionnaires and interview to general primary school teachers and students in Hebei Province in terms of local mainstream schooling,which showed no optimal prospect.One key predicament is teachers failed to put children with disabilities in perspective.While appreciating mainstreaming,teachers in general overlooked the special mental health required by children with disabilities.The author thus contributed relevant solutions to these problems.

本文通过对普通小学教师和学生的问卷调查和访谈,对河北省随班就读现状进行了调查研究,发现:河北省的随班就读现状不容乐观,教师对残疾儿童的认识存在片面性和局限性,广大教师对随班就读持理解和支持的态度,忽视残疾儿童的心理健康。作者针对以上问题提出了相关建议。
