This article is about the using conditions of LTR and its retanning effects 本文对两性复鞣剂的使用条件、鞣革性能以及与其它复鞣材料的配伍进行了研究。实验结果表明:LTR两性复鞣剂含有一定量的羧基和氨基,能够牢固地结合在革内,对铬盐的固定有促进作用,能够克服阴离子丙烯酸复鞣剂的浅色效应,在制造轻涂饰的深色革时是适宜的复鞣材料。 The influences of temperature, pH, anionic retanning agents and Cr(Ⅲ) salt on leather dyeing had been studied, especailly their influences on shade strength of dyestuffs on leather surface. Based on the data obtained, the mechanism of "Light shade effect"of leather dyeing was suggested. "Leather - TLC" technique was used in the experiments which shows greatpotency in leather chemicals analysis and process control. 本论文利用分光光度法和色谱技术较全面研究了温度、pH值、有机复鞣剂、铬鞣液等因素对皮革染色的影响,初步提出了皮革染色时发生“浅色效应”的机理。研究工作首次采用了以皮革为薄层色谱板的色谱分析技术,证明其在皮化材料性能分析方面具有较大的应用前景。 Two groups domestic trichromatic disperse dye recommended by document are selected to dye fabrics under two pH values (pH 4.5, pH 9.0). The changes of λ max , H 0 and K/S value of dyed fabrics are compared. It is shown from the study anthraquinone disperse red 60 and disperse blue 56 are good at alkali resisting under weak basicity, light color effect caused by superfine fiber is not distinct, they can be recommended to dye superfine fabric under weak basicity. Formula C 1/C 2=(tt 2/tt 1) 1/2 used to show the relation between fiber fineness and dye concentration on fiber is not tenable under any conditions, that is to say, light shade degree caused by superfine fabric is different under different conditions, so dye selection is important for dyeing superfine fiber fabrics. 通过研究纯涤纶超细纤维织物使用文献推荐的中深色三原色 C.I.分散黄 30、蓝 79、红 15 3和浅色三原色 C.I.分散黄 5 4、蓝 5 6、红 6 0 ,在弱碱性和弱酸性条件下染色的色调和主吸收波长的变化 ,以及超细化引起的浅色效应表明 ,蒽醌类的红 6 0、蓝 5 6的耐碱性好 ,且弱碱性染色时因超细化引起的浅色效应也不明显 ,可推荐为超细织物的弱碱性染色用染料。纤维单纤纤度与染料上染量关系的经验公式 C1 / C2 =t· t2 / t· t1 并非在任何条件下都成立 ,也就是说纤维因超细化而引起的表观色浅程度会因具体的染色条件而有所不同 ,在解决超细织物色浅的问题上 ,染料的选择是很重要的
