An orthogonal regression method is used to develop two empirical math-ematical models for the first stage hydrogenation reaction of cracked gasoline.The models can be used to predict the performance of the catalysts in a comm-ercial unit and provide information for the reactor design.

To commercial feedstocks,the influence of the diene value of feed,(C_o)inlet temperature (T_o)and LHSV (S_v)on diene hydrogenation conversion and the increase of reaction temperature have been investigated via the performace study of the first stage hydrogenation reaction of cracked gasoline in an adiabatic intergral reactor filled with 8601 and PGC catalysts. A group of empirical mathematical models were obtained by means of the orthognal design for experiments and the regression of data.By analysing the errors and comparison of the calculated da- ta with the industrial practice,the deviation for diene hydrogenation conversion is found to be less than 4% and the deviation for reaction temperature increase is within ±10℃.It has been demon- strated that at the follwing condition diene value of feed(inlet of reactor),4~12 temperture range at inlet of reactor,30℃~50℃ LHSV,6~12 h~(-1) operating pressure,3.92 MPa mole ratio of hydrogen to oil(H_2/oil),0.2 These models can be used to predicte reaction results of commercial unit and providing informa- tion for the design of commercial adiabatic reactor of the first stage hydrogenation,reaction of cracked gasoline.

通过对裂解汽油一段加氢8601催化剂及 PGC 催化剂在绝热积分床反应器中的反应特性研究,考察了在工业原料条件下,入口双烯值 C_o、入口温度 T_o 以及液时空速 S_v 对双烯加氢率及反应温升的影响。并利用正交实验设计的方法,回归得到一组经验数学模型。通过误差分析以及将模型的计算值与工业实际生产数据的比较,其双烯加氢率误差小于4%,反应温升误差小于10℃,证明了该模型可以运用于入口双烯值4~12,入口温度30℃~50℃,液时空速6~12h,操作压力3.92MPa 以及氢油比0.2(分子比)的条件下,预示该催化剂在工业反应器中的反应结果,同时也可提供裂解汽油一段加氢绝热反应器的设计参考。

A new type of catalyst,LY-9801 catalyst,used for the first stage hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline was evaluated.The catalyst performance tests were carride out in a 50 mL isothermal reactor and a 300 mL adiabatic reactors.The results showed that LY-9801 catalyst had higher activity and better stability than those of foreign catalysts and LY-8601 catalyst.

对新开发出的裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂LY -980 1 ,经 5 0mL等温床、3 0 0mL绝热床评价及1 0 0 0h寿命试验表明 ,这种催化剂加氢性能优于同类进口催化剂 ,稳定性好 ,适应高空速 ,是一种理想的裂解汽油加氢催化剂。
