Ultraviolet spectrophotometry and radioactive tracers are used to analyse the uptake and residue of carbendazim in pine (Pinus massoniand) seeds, seedlings and soil treated with the fungicide. By the experiments with actinomycin D and cycloheximide, it was discoveredfor the first time that long-lived mRNA exit in seeds of Gymnosperm, P. masso-niana. Translation of the long-lived mRNA could be regulated by p-chloropheno-xyacetic acid (CPA) which enhanced some bands in isoenzyme patterns of peroxideand cytochrome oxidase.

本文报导在裸子植物(马尾松)种子中首次发现长寿命mRNA。该长寿命mRNA贮存有种子萌发所需的信息,能够转译过氧化物酶同工酶。

Based on the practical investigation, this paper studied economic benefit of two seed orchards of Masson pine by means of systematic methods. The result indicated that macro-economic benefit of the current seed orchards of Masson pine was obviously higher than micro-economic benefit, the IRRS arc 17.99%, and 2.48% respectively. Intercropping in seed orchards is greatly contributed to economic benefit.

在实际调查的基础上,运用技术经济分析方法,对广西几处马尾松种子园的经济效益进行了初步研究。结果表明:现有的马尾松种子园,宏观经济效益明显高于微观经济效益,投资收益率分别为17.99%和2.48%。实行园内间种,有利于提高经济效益。
