In this paper, a typical 3-station distributed OS-CFAR detection system is considered, and its performance under complicated conditions (here means varied and unidentically detect environments) is simulated and analyzed. The results show that in complicated conditions, the performance of distributed CFAR detection system is related obviously on the fusion rules. When "OR" fusion is employed, the system is robust to the variety and nonidentity of detection conditions.

对分布式恒虚警(CFAR)检测系统,特别是分布式统计排序(OS)CFAR检测系统的研究,往往局限于较为理想的简单条件。在本文中,通过对一个典型的3站分布式OS-CFAR检测系统在复杂条件(检测条件变化而且非一致)下检测性能的仿真和分析,研究了分布式检测系统在接近实际工作环境下的性能特点以及不同融合方式对检测环境变化的适应能力。结果表明,分布式检测CFAR系统在复杂条件下的性能与融合方式密切相关,其中“OR”融合分布式系统在条件变化而且非一致的检测环境中具有良好的鲁棒性。

The human activities have intensively changed the hydrological characteristic of basin underlayer, which affects the basin runoff yielding process. On the basis of the theory of basin statistic comparability and the feature of precipitationrunoff correlation, and starting with statistic characteristic of basin underlayer, the basin R~(P+Pa) distributed statistic model is constructed in this paper by means of the GIS technology. The involved parameters in this model are estimated with precipitation and runoff data. The checkout results of model in Dage river basin are accurate through five time precipitationrunoff tests. Simulation of basin runoff yield affected by human activities is supplied with an efficient approach.

不断加剧的人类活动强烈地改变着流域下垫面水文特性,从而影响流域产流过程。该文在流域水文统计相似性理论和降水径流相关的基础上,从流域下垫面的统计特征入手,以GIS技术为统计手段,构建了流域的径流与降水、前期雨量的分布式统计模型,并应用降水径流资料进行来相关参数率定。从在大阁流域五场降水检验结果来看,本模型整体模拟精度较高,从而为人类活动影响下流域产流模拟提供了一种有效研究途径。

At present,research on Secure Multi-party Computation(SMC) is of great interest in the field of informationsecurity.Privacy-preserving statistical analysis in distributed system is a special SMC problem.The known methods for statistical analysis with all original data being gathered into a centralized site are not fit for the privacy-preserving situation.In this paper,we define a set of formalized language for SMC protocols,with which the secure sum algorithm is described,develop some secure multi-party statistical analysis protocols such as correlation and linear regression and their performances,and their applications are also discussed.

关于安全多方计算(SMC)的研究是目前国际上的研究热点之一,分布式统计分析中对各用户的隐私进行保护是一类特殊的SMC问题。目前的分布式统计算法至少需要一个计算节点能收集到所有数据信息,因而并不适用于保护隐私的计算要求。文章用形式化方法描述了多方安全求和协议,设计了相关系数、线形回归等基本统计分析方法的安全计算协议,对其性能进行了分析,并讨论了它们的实际应用问题。
