    The chemical reaction taken place in the first chlorination stage of mult-stage bleaching of reed kraft pulp, and the delignification features of reed chlorolignin, both in water and in alkali solution, were studied. The ratio of oxidation and substitution reaction of reed kraft lignin in the chlorination stage was determined. Results show that delignification depends largely on oxidation reaction. However, drastic decrease in DP of pulp should be avoided when chlorine consumption for oxidation is to be increased.In...

    The chemical reaction taken place in the first chlorination stage of mult-stage bleaching of reed kraft pulp, and the delignification features of reed chlorolignin, both in water and in alkali solution, were studied. The ratio of oxidation and substitution reaction of reed kraft lignin in the chlorination stage was determined. Results show that delignification depends largely on oxidation reaction. However, drastic decrease in DP of pulp should be avoided when chlorine consumption for oxidation is to be increased.In comparison with lignin of wood kraft pulp the lignin of reed kraft pulp is more susceptible to oxidation and much easier to dissolve in water. The hydroxyl group in reed chlorolignin has a great effect on the dissolution of lignin in water.IR spectra studies of both Klason lignin in chlorinated reed kraft pulp and reed dioxan lignin, and GPC studies of reed dioxan lignin indicated that the degree of oxidation of reed liguin increases with the increase in chlorine consumption. Oxidation takes place mainly at the interunitary ether links when chlorine consumption is low, but chiefly at the aromatic ring of lignin when chlorine consumption is high.Since hot water extraction is quite effective in dissolving chlorolignin, replacement of the alkaline extraction stage with a hot water extraction stage may be possible.

    本实验研究了芦苇硫酸盐浆在多段漂氯化段的化学反应中,氧化反应和取代反应的比率,和芦苇氯化木素的溶出特点。实验结果表明,氧化反应对于木素的降解溶出具有决定性的作用。但是,增加氧化反应应避免浆的平均聚合度的剧烈下降。 芦苇硫酸盐浆中木素在氯化时,表现出比硫酸盐木浆木素易氧化、易溶出的特点。芦苇氯化木素中羟基对木素的溶出,尤其是水溶出具有重要意义。 芦苇氯化浆中Klason木素和芦苇二氧六环氯化木素的红外光谱结果,和芦苇二氧六环氯化木素用凝胶色谱法测定的分子量和分子量分布的结果表明,随着耗氯量增加,氯化木素的氧化降解程度增大。当耗氯量较低时,氯与木素进行的氧化反应,以木素中各类醚键的氧化性断裂为主要形式;当耗氯量较高时,木素中苯环结构及其反应产物的氧化破坏居于主要地位。 由于芦苇氯化浆的热水处理脱有机结合氯和脱木素的效果较好,可以考虑用热水处理代替碱处理。

    The crystallite structures and mercerization features of bleached kraft bamboo pulp (BBK) and bleached kraft spruce pulp (BSK) were studied. Crystallites of BSK were larger, more tightly packed and of higher order than those of BBK. Transformation of BBK cellulose Ⅰ into cellulose Ⅱ on mercerization proved to be more difficult. The mercerization degree of BBK was evidently improved by homogeni-zation treatment. It was found that the particular cell wall structure of bamboo fibers did adversely affect cellulose swelling. Consequently, it was not favorable for the transformation of BBK cellulose Ⅰ into cellulose Ⅱ. Swelling was definitely found to be a dominating factor for cellulose mercerization.

    虽然漂白硫酸盐竹浆(BBK)的纤维素比漂白硫酸盐云杉木浆(BSK)有较细的结晶颗粒,微结晶堆积得较疏松,有较低的结晶度,但在丝光化处理中,BBK比BSK难以从纤维素Ⅰ转变成纤维素Ⅱ,当用均化器处理后BBK的丝光化程度得到明显的改善。试验表明竹浆纤维的特殊细胞壁结构妨碍了纤维素在NaOH溶液中的充分润胀,这是BBK难以从纤维素Ⅰ转变成纤维素Ⅱ的主要原因。润胀作用被肯定为影响纤维素丝光化性能的一个十分重要因素。
