The impurities contained in the circulating solvent and formed during the manufacturing of EPR by VOCl3-1/2Al2Et3Cl3 catalyst system were analyzed by gas and mass chromatograpnic methods, and the effect of the Al/V ratio on the formation of impurities in the circulating solvent was studied.The results show that the increase in iodine number of the solvent is attributable to the oligomerization of ethylene and propylene, which is accelerated by the present catalyst system.

本工作采用色谱-质谱联用法,对乙丙橡胶生产过程循环溶剂中的杂质进行了分析,检测出了20种烷烃、烯烃和环烷烃等类杂质。着重研究了在实验室模拟生产工艺的条件下,于VOCl_3(V)-1/2Al_2Et_3Cl_3(Al)催化体系中进行乙烯-丙烯共聚时,改变l/V 值对循环溶剂中各类杂质形成的影响。结果表明:杂质和共聚物的形成过程大体是平行的,但Al/V 值略大于40时,对杂质的形成更为有利,Al/V 值为 50时,循环溶剂中的杂质种类最多,达 30种;超过此值,则杂质和聚物的形成趋势都将降低。乙丙橡胶生产中循环溶剂的碘值升高,是乙烯和丙烯在Ziegler-Natta 催化剂作用下,发生齐聚反应的结果。

运用平皿相互拮抗筛选模型得到的90B4-2-2 Pseudomonas)等菌株,经模拟生产工艺而制得具有拮抗番茄青枯病、烟草青枯病的生防制剂——青枯散。田间试验证明:该制剂对番茄青枯病、烟草青枯病有70%-80%的防治效果,并有10%左右的增产效果,表现出具有发芽势高和壮苗作用。试验发现该菌能在植物根部吸附渗入并转移,扫描电镜观察到该菌定殖于根或茎韧皮部薄壁细胞内。
