It indicates that the thickness of frozen soil layer has great influence on seismic displacement of roadbed comparing to the different terrains, especially the seismic displacement values of roadbed with thawed soil are larger than that without thawed soil. So the exist of thawed layer increases earthquake damage response of the roadbed.
