According to heat transfer theory and the change of temperature field determined through experiment of coal self ignite at low temperature stage, thermal equilibrium method is developed to calculate oxidation heat liberation intensity of loose coal at different low temperature stage.
Float coal self ignite mainly rests with float coal thickness, oxygen concentration, air leak intensity, advance velocity and spontaneous combustion period in goaf. As the production is normal in working face, the three zones are dynamic stable state in goaf.
From 1997, Hegang mining bureau put into computer monitoring system based on tube of flux at Junde coal mine, Nanshan coal mine, Xingshan coal mine, Dalu coal mine, Xing'an coal mine in seccession, which basically realized integrated and continuous monitoring for gas such as carbon mono xide in self ignite coal bed, mined out area, and burning section of each mine, and could forecast fire correctly and timely. Ignition delay time was found to be longer than deflagration-to-detonation transition (DDT) time, and the sum of the two would change little as cycle frequency increased.
The results show that F-T diesel fuel exhibits a slightly longer injection delay and injection duration, an average of 18.7% shorter ignition delay, and a comparable total combustion duration when compared to those of conventional diesel fuel.
