本实验观测了10~30GyX线单次照射胸部后1个月大鼠的体重、肺重、体重比值、呼吸频率、组织学及肺泡Ⅱ型细胞数的变化.拟合了剂量-效应曲线.随着照射剂量增加,体重下降,肺重、体重比值上升,呼吸频率加快,肺病变比值增加及Ⅱ型细胞数增多.同时观察了照射后1个月内的死亡分布,做了肺组织超微结构观察.确定了早期放射性肺损伤的综合判定标准,并对发生机理进行了初步探讨.

The ultrastructure of right myocardium and lung of rats is studied after being exposed chronically to intermittent normobaric hypoxia and hypoxia-hypercapnia. The results suggest that. ( 1 ) the mitochondria of myocardium and the type Ⅱ of alveolar cells are the most sensitive position to hypoxia and hypoxia-hypercapnia; ( 2 )The degrees of hyper-plasia in the mitochondria of myocardium, the volume and the width of the intercristal and the intra-cristal space in hypoxia-hypercapnia are significantly different...

观察了慢性间歇性常压缺氧及其合并高二氧化碳的大鼠右心室肌组织与肺组织的超微结构改变。结果提示:(1)心肌线粒体及肺泡的Ⅱ型上皮细胞是心肌及肺组织对缺氧及其合并高二氧化碳的反应最敏感的部位;(2)缺氧高二氧化碳时,心肌线粒体增生的程度、体积大小及嵴间隙和嵴内室的宽度明显不同于单纯缺氧引起的变化。
