This paper studied the change of in vivo and in vitro alveolar macrophages(AM) cytotoxicial activity in the mice exposed to kitchen air pollution. The results showed that no change was noted in the mice exposed to burning of gas. In vitro AM cytotoxicical activity was inhibited in the mice exposed to burning of coal and burning of coal mixed with oily smoke 2 and 3 months. In vivo AM antitumor cytotoxicical activity was also inhibited after 3 months of exposure.

本文应用L929细胞杀伤法,对注射旋毛虫肌肉期幼虫分泌物(L1ES)的小鼠血清进行了检测,发现L_1ES对已注射卡介苗(BCG)或感染旋毛虫的小鼠,均能诱生肿瘤细胞毒因子(TCF),而正常对照鼠则不能发生,表明L_1ES诱生TCF需要首先激活巨噬细胞(Mφ)这一基本条件。将L_1ES置37℃、1h,56℃、30min或100℃、2min处理后,其诱生TCF的能力均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。L_1ES刺激小鼠产生TCF迅速,注射后90min即达高峰,但在血清中维持时间较短,180min已基本测不出。56℃、30min不能将其灭活。TCF可能由活化的Mφ产生,在旋毛虫感染的抗肿瘤机制中起重要作用。
