    本文利用Py-GC-MS联用仪对阻燃、未阻燃棉纤维的裂解产物进行了研究。结果表明,棉纤维的裂解产生近50个裂解产物。其中28个裂解产物已被鉴别出来。这些已被鉴别的裂解产物可分为五类:(1)非燃料裂解产物;(2)醛,酮类裂解产物;(3)呋喃类裂解产物;(4)苯环类裂解产物;(5)其他裂解产物。在阻燃棉纤维的裂解中,挥发性裂解产物大大减少。但不同类裂解产物受阻燃剂影响不同。阻燃剂对醛、酮类裂解产物的产生有很大抑制作用,而对非燃料及苯环类裂解产物的生成则有促进作用。根据分析结果,文章对棉纤维的阻燃机理进行了讨论。

It is concluded from the results that among single reagents carbon sulfide has the best effect, compounds, however, show us the supurority: they can contral the amount of coke under 1%.

    为解决吸热型碳氢燃料裂解结焦的问题 ,在自制的脉冲微型反应色谱系统上以吸热型碳氢燃料NJ15 0为裂解原料 ,研究了三苯基膦 ,亚磷酸三苯酯 ,二硫化碳 ,噻吩 ,乙酸钾五种结焦抑制剂的性能及抑制机理。并在此基础上调配出不同比例的复合剂三苯基膦 +二硫化碳 ,亚磷酸三苯酯 +二硫化碳和乙酸钾 +二硫化碳。实验结果表明 ,单剂中二硫化碳的效果优于其他类型 ,但复合剂更具优势 ,能将结焦量控制在 1%以内。
