This paper introduces the interference graph of annular involute gear, that was put forword by some Japenese scholars. The interference graph is drawn according to condition of meither overlaping interference, addendum interference, interim interference, ridial interference, involute interfernce, dedendum cut, nor addendum sharping. The interfernce graph provides the users with data and appraoch for design involute variable-line annular gear.

本文系统介绍了日本学者雨角宗晴、白井恭、吉本勇的研究成果——内啮合渐开线变位齿轮传动的干涉线图。干涉线图是根据一对内齿轮传动齿廓不发生重叠干涉、齿顶干涉、过渡曲线干涉、径向干涉、渐开线干涉、根切、齿顶和齿底槽变尖等13项限制条件计算绘制的,这些干涉线图为正确设计渐开线变位内齿轮传动提供了捷径和资料。

A computing formula of normal backtash is derived for profile shifted gear driving by centre distance changing bigger. Its influence guantity to normal backlash is analysed by example. The relation of normal backlash, pressure angle and deflection coefficient for designers reference are derived.

通过几何分析的方法 ,导出外啮合渐开线变位齿轮传动中心距略变大时 ,法向齿侧间隙的计算公式 ,并以实例分析了对法向齿侧间隙的影响程度 ,导出了法向齿侧隙与啮合角及变位系数之间的关系式 ,供齿轮传动设计时参考
