Here we present a new approach for locating the probe dots in the gene chip image. First, a medialness function, which is good at detection of circle area with radius given in advance, is used for calculating the medialness map in which the center of circle sample area of the gene chip image is disclosed prominently. Then, a method to locate the probe dots center is given based on the medialness map and the 2D space configuration of the probe dots. The experiments show that the new approach correctly locates the probe dots while against noise affection robustly.

基因芯片扫描图像中探针点的定位是芯片信息提取的基础 ,定位准确性与否直接关系到探针点信息提取的正确性。本文提出一种利用圆心度函数定位基因芯片扫描图像中探针点位置的方法 ,圆心度函数是一种利用边缘信息来检测已知半径圆形区域的有效方法 ,不仅可以突出圆形区域的圆心位置 ,而且抗噪声能力强。基于圆心度分布图和芯片的空间结构 ,本文提出了定位探针点的具体方法 ,实际芯片探针点定位实验验证了本方法的有效性。

Memory leak has been exposed to be one of the most serious bugs that are hard to locate and fix in computer program development.In this paper though it is noted that dynamic variables have some local inexplicit extent under most circumstances,the running trace of a program can reflect its static property to a certain degree.Based on these two observations a new approach for memory leak detection is developed which incorporates dynamic analysis under the framework of function oriented locating?In the new approach,dynamic function calling tree with data about memory allocation and release of the running program is constructed first,then the static property of the program is extracted from the dynamic tree which provides some valuable information for memory leak detection and location.The effectiveness of our approach is demonstrated by two examples in the paper.

内存泄漏是软件开发中的一个难以定位和修正的严重错误。在大多数情况下,动态内存的有效域虽未明确写出,但仍是程序的局部;且程序动态运行的轨迹在一定程度上反映程序的静态性质。基于以上观察,开发了在面向函数定位框架中嵌入动态分析的内存泄漏监测新方法。新方法中,先建立程序的函数动态调用树,其中包含程序分配释放内存的信息,再在调用树中总结程序的静态性质,为内存泄漏定位提供有价值的信息。该文用两个实例展示这个方法的有效性。

This paper analyses the compelling and disturbed factors which influence food safety supervision.It also puts forward a empirical analytical framework ty using Delphi method.The conclusion we educed could be a reference for testing the effect of food safety supervision.By consulting the data of all indexes,the government involved can also intensify the faintish compelling factors accordingly,and take necessary measures to control the disturbed factors behaving actively.

在明确食品安全监管目标函数定位的基础上,通过分析影响食品安全监管的强制性因素(行政体系、立法体系、司法监督体系、舆论监督体系)和扰乱性因素(对上级的敷衍、地方保护主义、自身经济利益、制度漏洞、院外集团),给出了一个实证分析框架。该模式运用德尔斐法,得出的结论不仅可以作为评判食品安全监管绩效的参考,而且有关部门还可据此有针对性地强化相对较弱的强制性因素,并重点对表现强烈的扰乱性因素采取相应的措施。
