The characteristics of two modes and how to switch between them is discussed. The keys and the difficulties of the control system are studied. The hardware and software of the system have been designed and debugged on the CPU of special motor controller (TMS320F240). We can learn by experiment that the error of steady speed is less than 1 r/min, the speed range is 50 - 9000 r/min and stepping out is overcome in this system.

对于转速精度高、调速范围宽,且要求平滑无级调速的稀土永磁同步电动机,为兼顾稳态和动态性能,使位置换向和时间换向相的优点都得以发挥,提出两种控制方式相结合的双结构控制方案,采用逆变器直流侧电压和控制端电压分别控制的策略,研究两种控制方式下的切换条件、控制过程和实现方法.系统以TMS320F240 DSP芯片为核心,提出软件伺服策略,在线计算实现两种控制结构的平滑切换及电机调速控制,克服失步现象,满足精度要求。

系统以TMS320F240DSP芯片为核心,以斜槽无刷稀土永磁正弦波同步电动机为伺服电机,提出软件伺服策略,构成变结构全数字高精度宽范围的永磁同步电机伺服系统。系统兼顾稳态和动态性能,实现了位置换向和时间换向相结合的变结构控制,使这两种控制结构的优点都得到发挥。软件伺服实现的变结构稀土永磁同步电动机调速系统较单纯用一种控制结构的系统具有更高的精度和更小的转矩脉动,其调节速度更快且更易于实现低速平稳运行。
