A new corrosion inhibitor for N80 steel in concentrated hydrochloric acid at high temperature,denoted by “7801”,was synthesised from acetophenone, aniline,hexamine and propiolic alcohol.The evaluation of its inhibitive characteristics was carried out by means of corrosion experiments both under ordinary temperature and pressure and under high temperature and pres- sure ( 150℃,150atm ),tests of resistance against H_2S corrosion and hydro- gen embrittlement and long term immersion tests at room temperature.The experimental results indicate that“7801” possesses satisfactory inhibition efficiency.It is proposed as the inhibitor in 28% HCl,which is injected in- to deep oil-and gas-wells (up to 5 kilometers) to remove calcareous pro- ducts by acidification,even without addition of iodide.The condensation re- action and the inhibition mechanism are also discussed.

为了适应我国油气田深井高浓度盐酸或土酸酸化压裂工艺的需要,用苯乙酮、苯胺、六次甲基四胺、丙炔醇等作原料,制成一种高温浓盐酸缓蚀剂—“7801”。在实验室内进行了常温常压、高温高压(150℃及150大气压)腐蚀试验、抗 H_2S 腐蚀和抗氢脆性能试验,以及夏天和冬天室温酸液长期浸泡试验。结果表明“7801”的缓蚀性能较好,可以供5km 深的油、气井在采用28%HCl 溶液酸化时用作缓蚀剂,而不必加碘化物。本文还对合成酮胺醛缩合物的反应及“7801”的缓蚀作用机理进行了初步探讨。

The effect of wet sulphur on the corrosion behaviour of carbon steel used in an oil feild with high hydrogen sulfide content was studied. The wet sulfur accelerated the corrosion of carbon steel. The corrosion rate of carbon steel increased with sulphur content. But there was a maximum content, beyand which there was no relationship between the sulphur content and corrosion rate. The corrosion rate also increased with increasing temperature. The corrosion mechanisum is different at various temperatures.

用电化学方法研究了特高含硫化氢气井所用油管钢在含硫磺的5%NaCl水溶液中的电化学行为,湿态硫磺作为一种阴极去极化剂促进材料的腐蚀,腐蚀速度随硫磺含量增加而增加,且存在浓度极值。升温同样可促进硫磺对材料的腐蚀,不同温度腐蚀机理不同。

Drill pipe joint reconditioning can be realized by applying the plasma are welding. Welding on the outer surface ofthe joint is catried out to form a protective metal ringlike band with a width of 40mm and hardness of 45 ~ 55HRC , and the service life of the joint can be improved therehy. 1000 drill pipe joints treated by this technique show a more than one-fold increase in service life.

等离子喷焊技术,被广泛用于改善机械零件的表面性能、增加表面的硬度和耐磨性。四川石油管理局川南矿区地处山区,所钻气井一般深为3500m,岩层复杂坚硬,钻具磨损严重。用等离子喷焊技术修复钻杆接头,在钻杆接头外表面上喷焊一道宽为40mm、硬度为45~55HRC的金属保护环带,可提高接头的使用寿命。采用该技术喷爆的近1000只接头,经7口井试验及几年来的使用证明,使用寿命延长了一倍以上。保护环带被磨损后,还可以在原位置重新喷焊2~4次,从而进一步提高接头使用寿命。
