According to related standards (GB/T16886), safety of five bio\|ative ceramic materials (HA,FHA,CHA HA\|BGC,TCP) were evaluated systematically using nine methods. The experimental results of cell cluture cytoxicity test, haemolysis test, acute system toxity test, intracutaneous injection test, sensibilization test, pyrogen test, intramuscular implant test and Ame′s test showed that the biological reaction comply with stanlards of GB/T16886 or GB/T 16175.The results of research showed 5 kinds of bioactive ceramic...

The experimental results of cell cluture cytoxicity test, haemolysis test, acute system toxity test, intracutaneous injection test, sensibilization test, pyrogen test, intramuscular implant test and Ame′s test showed that the biological reaction comply with stanlards of GB/T16886 or GB/T 16175.The results of research showed 5 kinds of bioactive ceramic materials are of no toxicity, not irritant and safe to use for artificial bone.It can be used for bone implantation.

羟磷灰石 (HA)作为人体硬组织损伤后置换 ,修复材料是目前国内外生物材料科学领域的主要课题之一 ,为了提高其物理机械性能及骨引导与诱导作用。研制了HA、FHA、CHA、HA BGC、TCP五种不同类型的生物陶瓷材料。本文参照有关标准采用了 9种生物学试验方法 ,对材料的安全性进行了较系统的评价。细胞毒性试验 (体外法 )、溶血试验、急性毒性试验、皮内刺激试验、致敏试验、热原试验、植入试验 (90天 )和Ame′s试验的结果表明符合GB T 16 886或GB T16 175相关标准要求。该研究证实了五种生物活性陶瓷材料是一类应用较安全的骨替代材料 ,可用于骨植入
