The prolifertion of hemato poietic cells in the bone marrow of LACA mice was suppressed after ip HPD 0.4 mg, 2.0 mg and 2.0 mg×3 per mouse. The suppression degree was correlated with the dosage of HPD administered and the times of injection.In bone marrow the prolifertion of erythroid cells was suppressed more significantly than that of the megakaryocyte and myeloid cell. In spleen the proliferation of hematopoieticcell was suppressed only for a short period (about one day or more) after HPD administration, but later, compensatory hyperplasia or overshoot hyperplasia of the erythroid cell and megakaryocyte had occured. These results indicate that large dose and multiple injection of HPD may lead to severe decrease of RBC in the peripheral blood.

每只小鼠注射HPD(ip,0.4mg.2.0mg,2.0mg×3)后,骨髓造血细胞增殖受抑。其受抑程度与剂量和注射次数有关。骨髓中以红系细胞增殖受抑最为明显;其次为粒系和巨核系细胞。脾脏先出现短时造血细胞增殖抑制,然后为红系、巨核系细胞的代偿性增殖超常。
