In this paper, high-pressure band structure of 3d electrons of Cu has been calculated by LCAO method at pressure of 0, 100 and 410 GPa. In this paper, high-pressure band structure of 3d electrons of Cu has been calculated by LCAO method at pressure of 0, 100 and 410 GPa. We have taken into account the next-neighbouring interaction and integral which were not suffciently discussed before, here we have also used the Hartree-Fock analytical wave function of Cu applied by Richardson and determination method of crystal potential proposed by Fletcher. The effective mass on the top of the band, the density of state, the averave kinetic energy and the width of the band have been calculated. The results of calculation interpreted quantitatively that 3d electrons of Cu may gradually change to non-localization electrons with increasing pressure.

本文用LCAO方法,考虑到被前人忽略了的次近邻作用和重迭积分,用Richardson的铜的Hartree-Fock解析波函数以及Fletcher对晶体位场的处理方法,在0,100和410GPa压强下,计算了铜的3d电子能带,并计算了能带顶部的有效质量、状态密度、能带宽度和平均动能。其结果定量地说明了铜的3d电子随压强的增加逐步变成为非局域电子。
