The parameters which influence the desalting and concentrating process have been investigated in the previous papers. Three different processes were designed for getting the following results. The concentration of concentrate is more than 70 g/L (Na_2O_T), and the diluate less than 0.5 g/L (Na_2O_T). The results show that the process containing four desalting ED units and one concentrating ED unit is a good choice. Then a process only containing five desalting ED units is investigated. The ED energy consumption of the later process is lower, and the recovery of alkali and water is higher. But the content ration of the concentrate is only 50 g/L (Na_2O_T).

采用碳分脱铝-电渗析工艺处理含铝废碱水,从中回收铝、碱及水资源,在脱盐性能及浓缩性能考察研究的基础上,进行电渗析流程研究,以期得到最佳的技术经济指标。设计了3个不同的电渗析流程进行对比,在淡水产品含碱要求小于0.5 g/L的条件下,比较了各流程淡化段的技术经济指标。试验结果表明,4台逆流淡化流程的能耗最低,并且可得到浓度较高的预浓水,对降低浓缩段的能耗有利。在此基础上,在降低浓水产品浓度的条件下,进行5台全逆流流程试验,结果表明,5台全逆流流程的直流电耗更低,碱直收率,水直收率都较高,但浓水产品浓度较低,会增加后续碱回收工序的能耗。可根据不同工厂的实际情况选用这两个流程。

The use structure of regional agricultural land was optimized by the method of linear programming based on the analysis and differentiation of resources superiorities in Minhou County. The results showed that there were resources superiorities in cultivated land, garden plot and water area, product superiorities of grain, vegetable, fruit and freshwater fish, developing condition superiorities of labour quantities, available irrigation, electrification,fertilizer application...

The use structure of regional agricultural land was optimized by the method of linear programming based on the analysis and differentiation of resources superiorities in Minhou County. The results showed that there were resources superiorities in cultivated land, garden plot and water area, product superiorities of grain, vegetable, fruit and freshwater fish, developing condition superiorities of labour quantities, available irrigation, electrification,fertilizer application and bumper harvesting proportion and superiorities of district and policy in Minhou. After optimization of agricultural land use structure, the areas of grain crop, economic crop, vegetable, forage and green manure, forest land, garden plot and freshwater breeding land in 2010 were increased by 31.10% , 31.20%, 87.54%, 37.74%, 3.70%, 14.36% and 221.31% over 1998 respectively, the total output value of agricultural land in 2010 was 1.66 times of that in 1998, which not only sufficiently developed the resource superiorities, but also obtained higher economical, social and ecological profits.

在分析鉴别闽侯县资源优势的基础上 ,采用线性规划法对区域农用地利用结构进行优化 .结果表明 :闽侯县具有耕地、园地和水域等土地资源优势 ,粮食、蔬菜、水果和淡水产品优势 ,劳动力数量、有效灌溉、电气化、化肥投入和保收比重等开发条件优势以及区位和政策优势 .农用地利用结构优化后 ,2 0 10年全县粮食作物、经济作物、蔬菜、青饲料与绿肥、林地、园地和淡水养殖用地将分别比 1998年增长 31.10 %、31.2 0 %、87.5 4 %、37.74 %、3.70 %、14.36%和 2 2 1.31% ,农用地总产值是 1998年的 1.66倍 ,既可充分发挥全县的资源优势 ,又能取得较显著的经济、社会和生态效益
