In such a situation, air logistics firms will receive uncommon development opportunities, and also face unprece-dentedly grave challenges. As an important pivot in dynamic global logistics chain, airport becomes an increasingly important carrier in promoting and strengthening trade expansion. As a strategic industry, airport will be an important agent in enhancing and developing a country' s competitiveness. By Applying Grey Model, this article forecasts the throughput of air logistics in China, and discovers its considerable perspective scale of logistics market. From the point of airport and by applying such strategic analysis instruments as SWOT, IFE and EFE matrix, PORTER model, the article analyzes the current situation as well as competition and industry structure. Aiming to integratedly build up competitiveness and improve competing capability for China air logistics firms, this article presents such efficacious approaches as implementing strategies of critical resources, integration of supply chain based on IT, networked air logistics, and development of the fourth party logistics.

作为五大交通运输方式之一的航空运输,正在发挥着越来越大的作用,其特定的安全、快捷、准时等优势是其它运输方式不可比拟的。按照入世承诺,我国于2005年后对外全面开放物流行业。同时,我国航空运输市场也将在更大范围内对外国航空公司实行航权开放。在这种形势下,航空物流企业将迎来难得的发展机遇,但也将面临着前所未有的严峻挑战。机场作为全球动态物流链的重要支点,日益成为促进和加强贸易发展的重要载体。对一个国家而言,机场作为战略产业,将成为加强和拓展自身竞争优势的重要方面。本文通过运用灰色理论模型对航空物流的吞吐量进行预测,发现我国航空物流业市场前景非常可观。文章还从机场的角度出发,运用SWOT、分析法、IFE和EFE矩阵、PORTFER模型等战略分析工具对当前现状、竞争格局、产业结构等进行了分析,进而提出了实行关键资源战略、基于信息技术的供应链整合战略、面向机场的航空物流网络化战略、第四方物流发展战略等有效途径,从整体上构筑我国航空物流企业的竞争优势,提高市场竞争能力。
