Objective Recent study have shown that radioactive 32P stenting is a potential solution for the prevention and treatment of restenosis, but the radiation-carrying capacity of stent is a difficult problem needing to study. Here it was reported that four coated stents were studied in order to investigate which one was the best to carry radioactive P. Methods Four kinds of coated stents, plasma-coated stent, isinglass-coated stent, P- coated stent, vein-coated stent were made, 6 for each kind, radioactive stents were washed in the slushing pipe with 90 mm Hg pressure, the radioactivity was measured before washing and in l, 4, 7, 14, 21 days after washing In 4 canines two plasma-coated stents were implanted into the coronary artery respectively, the radioactivity of the stents was measured immediately and 1 day, 2 weeks, 7 weeks, 10 weeks after implantation. In 3 canines 1 vein-coated stent was implanted into the coronary srtery respectively, and the radioactivity was measured in 1 month, 2 months, 3 months after implantation. Results In irrigation tests, the radioactivity of each kind of coated stents was 4.81, 4.32, l.96, 4.82 μCi before washing, 0.33, 0. 12, 0.01, l.34 μCi in 21 days after washing respectively. In implantation tests, 8 plasma-coated stents were successfully implanted into 4 canines, its radioactivity during different times was 4.98, l.71, 0.52, 0.09, 0.03μCi respectively. Only one canine was successfully implanted one vein-coated stent. Conclusion The results suggest that radiation-carrying capacity is better in vein-coated stent and plasma plasma proteins-coated stent,the plasma-coated stent could be made and implanted into coronary artery easily, its dosage is enough to inhibit restenosis of coronary artery angioplasty.

To study and compare the clinical curative effect of extremity verruca with 32P and laser and their application values, 229 patients with extremity verruca were chosen by random from outpatient. To study and compare the clinical curative effect of extremity verruca with 32P and laser and their application values, 229 patients with extremity verruca were chosen by random from outpatient. Out of them, 83 patients were male and 146 were female, with the average age of 34.6 ± 19.5 ( x ± s ) years. They were randomly divided into two groups: for the laser treatment group consisting of 127 individuals, the wart bodies were eliminated by CO2 laser under local anaesthetization, if there were a lot of locus, the wart bodies were treated in turn. 102 individuals were treated with 32 P application therapy. The liquid containing radionuclide P was dropped on filter 32 papers, dried and then fixed on the corresponding focus surface for application therapy, applying 4—8 hours continuously ( the absorbed dose at the lesion surface reaching 984—1968 cGy) each time and once a week until the lesion recovered. The clinical reaction and curative effect were observed. The clinical effective rate, cure rate, recurrence rate, side effective rate occurrence rate and complication occurrence rate for the laser treatment group are 100%, 55.9%, 44.1%, 17.3% and 25.2%, respectively while they are 100%, 91.2%, 5.9%, 19.6% and 7.8% respectively for the group of P application therapy. It is concluded that the treatment of extremity verruca with P 32 32 application therapy is a simple and effective method with features such as safety, little pain, notable curative effect, lower recurrence rate, less side effect and complication.

为了探讨P和激光治疗寻常疣的临床疗效及其应用价值,门诊随机选择手足寻常疣患者229例,其中32男性83例,女性146例,平均年龄34.6±19.5(x±s)岁。这些患者被随机分成两组:激光治疗组,127例,局麻下以CO2激光汽化或切割除掉疣体,若病灶数目多,需分次分批治疗,32P敷贴治疗组,102例,将放射性核素P液均匀滴于滤纸上,晾干后将其固定于相应病灶表面进行敷贴治疗,每次持续敷贴时间为4—8h,32其病损表面吸收剂量为984—1968cGy,每周敷贴1次,直至痊愈,观察临床反应和疗效。结果表明:激光治疗组临床有效率、治愈率、复发率、副作用发生率、并发症发生率分别是100%、55.9%、44.1%、17.3%、25.2%,32P敷贴治疗组分别是100%、91.2%、5.9%、19.6%、7.8%。结论:32P敷贴治疗手足寻常疣,方法简便,安全,痛苦小,疗效显著,复发率低,副作用和并发症少,是一种成功有效的治疗方法。
