In designing various cam mechanisms,the needs of technology and the requirementsto improve the stress condition assuring the motion of the mechanism stable and reliableshould be considered.Therefore,to examine the maximum pressure angle α_(max) of the camis necessary.There are generally three methods to obtain the maximum pressure angle α_(max) of acam,namely,(1)by drawing,(2)by calculation and(3)from diagrams and tables.In this paper,an illustration is proposed to formulate the equation of pressure angleof the widely applied disk-like cam with oscillating follower offset from its axis for aloom,and also to show the method of approximation for calculating the pressure angleα_(max) at the mid-stroke for cams constructed in accordance with three different motionlaws,i.e.,simple harmonic motion,ellipse ratio and cycloidal motion.The methodproposed may be also applied to the weft inserting cam and beating-up cam.

在设计各种凸轮机构时,既要满足工艺要求,又要尽量改善受力状况,使机构的运动平稳可靠,这就要验算凸轮的最大压力角α_(max)。对于凸轮最大压力角α_(max)的求得,一般有三种方法:(1)作图法;(2)计算法;(3)查图表法.本文就织机上广泛使用的偏置摆动从动件的盘形开口凸轮为例,探索压力角的计算方法,并以常用的三种运动规律(简谐运动、椭圆比及正弦加速),求得凸轮行程中点处的压力角α,它同样适用于类似的引纬和打纬凸轮机构.以便在设计各种凸轮机构时,正确反映凸轮压力角的数值,供对比分析之用。

If the loom speed is low and the warp tension is high, the, principle to be followed in designing a heald shaft reversing spring is only to keep the heald shaft steady in the period of shedding dwell. If the speed is high and the warp tension is low, the elastic-constant of the spring must ensure that there is no jump between the follower and the shedding cam in the period of shedding. This paper has given the formulas for calculating the elastic constant of the spring.

回综弹簧的设计原则是要保证转子在任意时刻都与开口凸轮相接触.否则由于转子的跳离将产生冲击、振动、噪音和影响开口运动的性能.本文给出了设计回综弹簧的刚度系数计算公式.

The article recomands a computer-aided design method shadding cams onlooms, which is simply in make choice of motion regularity of heaid frame,motion angle and loom weave, and also quick in design, so it can be used forgeneral and conjugated cams of shadding devices.
