Mossbauer spectroscopy is a most profitable means in investigation of ancient ceramics.It can provide informations in regard to clays and firing condition of clay. Mossbauer parameters are the functions of the firing conditions.According to the intenciies of Fe~(3+)and Fe~(2+)can estimate the original firing atmosphere.According to the intencities of Fe~(3+)、Fe~(2+)and magnetic component,as well as the quadroupole splitting of ferric and ferous iron can estimate the orgina firing tepmperature. Mossbauer spectroscopy can be used to measure the abundances of structure iron and iron oxide in clay and ceramic.The particle size and distribution of iron oxide in regard to ceramic color can be measured.For the calcareous clays magnetic ratio is lower and Q.S is bigger;For the noncalcareous clays magnetic ratio is higher and Q.S is smaller.These results can be related to the refractory properties and the phase transformations of the clays.Ageing effects from erosion and natural radiation can be detected by Mossbauer spectroscopy.This can provide some possibility to estimate ancient pottery's age.Mossbauer technology has been extensively abtained in applications of the investigation of ancient ceramic.It with other techniques coordinate each other and can provide more reliable archaeological informations.

The firing temperature dependence has been studied of the quadrupole splitting (QS)and isomeric shift (IS) for the structure iron in Yuan dynasty Jun porcelain glaze and simulated ancient blue Jun glaze by Mossbauer spectroscopy. The QS and IS for the two kinds of glaze were compared. Firing temperature for the former was determined to be above 1250℃, and coordination number for Fe2+ and Fe3+ was four. In this paper, growth of SiC whisker by use of rice hulls as raw material is presented. Effect of temperature, time, catalyst and reacting gas on the growth of SiC whisker was studied.From the experimental results, conditions for the growth of SiC whisker by use of rice hulls have been found and SiC whisker mass content in the SiC products increased about 30% through, choosing a suitable catalyst and conditioning reacting gas. Besides, growth mechanism of SiC Whisker by use of rice hulls is presented.

本文介绍了利用稻壳作原料生长SiC晶须的方法。研究了温度、时间、催化剂及烧制气氛对SiC晶须生长的影响,从而找出了由稻壳生长SiC晶须的工艺条件,使生成产物SiC中SiC晶须质量含量提高到了30%左右,并从理论上探讨了稻壳SiC晶须的生长机理。
