Focus on the key problems of measuring in the manufacturing process of toroidal drive,sets up the meshing coordinate system in an inversed mechanism of toroidal drive,develops mathematical models of tooth profile for sun-worm and internal stationary toroidal gear.Based on these models the geometric characteristics are revealed by numerical method.Finally,the comparison between the numerical and manufactured tooth profile is accomplished.

Based on the enveloping theory, the function of undercutting limit curve for the stationary internal toroidal gear machining is deduced. The undercutting chara\|cteristic of the stationary internal toroidal gear is analyzed and finally this characteristic is verified via machining process.

根据超环面行星蜗杆传动的啮合关系,提出了内超环面齿轮的成型原理,建立了内超环面齿轮齿面加工的包络面方程.根据包络理论推导了内超环面齿轮的齿面根切界限函数,采用数值计算方法分析了内超环面齿轮齿面的根切情况,最后通过实际加工试验进行了验证.

This paper is focus on the research of the kinematical and dynamial simulation of the toroial drive.The meshing coordinate system of the toroidal drive is proposed and the mathematical model of the tooth profile of the sun-worm and the stationary internal gear is developed based on the meshing theory.The three dimensional modeling and visual assembling of the toroidal drive is completed.Finally,the kinematical and dynamical simulation of the toroidal drive is accomplished.

建立了超环面行星蜗杆传动的啮合坐标系统以及中心蜗杆和内超环面齿轮齿面的数学模型,完成了超环面行星蜗杆传动减速器各零件的三维实体建模和减速器整机虚拟装配,在此基础上,完成了基于超环面行星蜗杆传动减速器的运动学和动力学仿真。
