导管架的下水过程是一个十分复杂的过程,它与导管架的大小,滑道的摩擦系数、驳船的纵倾角度以及作业海域的环境条件等因素有关。因此,如何确保导管架的安全下水是保证导管架最终能否投入使用的重要前提。目前,理论上对导管架的下水过程虽进行了大量的研究,但鉴于导管架下水过程的复杂性,因此通常还是要进行导管架下水过程的模型试验,以确定导管架下水的最佳轨迹。本文简要介绍在上海交通大学船舶流体力学实验室进行的导管架模型下水过程的试验情况,下水轨迹测试技术的基本原理,主要测试装置及测试方法。此外,还给出了下水特性曲线的测试实例,并和理论计算结果进行了比较。

The phenomena of friction and wear have beenstudied on three-layer composite materials (mode Ⅱ), GS—2B, SF—2B, slide track of large gate in hydraulic engineering. Particular emphasis was placed on the introduction of the procedure in frictional running-in, the slide block end effect, the thickness effect and the tribology concept for slide track design. Based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis, the recommended size of slide block specimen and some principles of tribology for slide track design are proposed.

本文介绍了该类滑道磨合过程、层厚、轨道半径、端部、时间效应等因素对摩擦、磨损的影响。引进了摩擦的磨合过程、端部效应和滑道的摩擦学设计的概念,阐述了影响该滑道摩擦、磨损的一些主要因素和变化规律,提出了确定试验滑块最短长度的方法和设计该滑道的一些摩擦学原则。

Equation of friction coefficient lor plastic slideway is derived according to theory of sticking - deformation and slicky-elastic. It is correctly proved by the esperiment of slideway of GS-2R, NL150 plastics and oil-nylon.

根据摩擦的粘着变形理论和粘弹性力学,导出了塑料滑道摩擦系数方程。对NL150塑料、油尼龙及CS—2B滑道实验研究表明,该方程具有较高的准确性。
