This paper deals with compressive strength and durability of steamcured concrete with ultrafine fly ash composite. Experimental results indicate that the settling degree, the bulk density and compressive strength decrease with increasing content of ultrafine fly ash composite, the steamcured concrete containing ultrafine fly ash has favorable impermeability and freezingthawing resistance, and its diffusion coefficient of chloride ions decreases with increasing content of ultrafine fly ash composite.

The results of this study show that with the replacement of carbonatites with some inorganic mineral powders, the compressive strength of grouting sand tier is increased to 3.9~7.3 MPa, the resistance to water penetration of calculus and grouting sand tier reaches 0.7~0.9...

Alkali activated carbonatite is a new type of cementitious material under development for the purpose of reinforcing ground and solidifying sand and soil. But when it is used for waterproof grouting, improvement on its performance is needed. The results of this study show that with the replacement of carbonatites with some inorganic mineral powders, the compressive strength of grouting sand tier is increased to 3.9~7.3 MPa, the resistance to water penetration of calculus and grouting sand tier reaches 0.7~0.9 MPa, at the same time, the leaching of SiO 4- 4 and Na + ions from grouting sand tier is reduced. DSC (differential scanning calorimeter), SEM and MIP (Mercury intrusion porositymetry) studies indicate the reason for the above improvement is mainly attributed to: (1) the textures whether of calculus or of grouting sand tier become more compact due to the physical filling effect of the powders added; (2) more reaction products are formed due to the reaction between the powders and water glass and the facilitation of the reaction between carbonatites and water glass as well.

The influence of ground granulated blast-furnace slag, strength of fly ash and metakaolin replacement, water impermeability and gel time of alkali-activated carbonatites cementitious material (AACCM for short) was studied using the orthogonal experiment. In addition, the rheological properties of the pastes were preliminarily investigated. The results are as follows:1) ground slag may greatly improve the strength and impermeability of AACCM and make the gel time of AACCM pastes shortened; the metakaolin replacement will be beneficial to the strength of AACCM, but there is no significant effect on their water impermeability and gel time; the effect of fly ash replacement on the three properties of AACCM mentioned above is not significant; 2) with the addition of the mixture of ground slag, metakaolin and fly ash, the compressive strength of AACCM mortar specimens and their water impermeability, denoted by hydraulic pressure, reach 43.9 MPa and 1.5 MPa beyond the age of 28 d;3) pastes comprised of water glass and ground carbonatites and other inorganic minerals belong to Binham fluid; and 4) AACCM pastes with fly ash addition has better fluidity than those added with slag and metakaolin.

研究了矿渣、粉煤灰和偏高岭土对碱激发碳酸盐胶凝材料的强度、抗渗性能以及凝胶时间的影响 ,探讨了该材料浆体的流变特性。研究表明 :1)矿渣可大幅度提高该材料的强度和抗渗性能 ,但会显著缩短凝胶时间 ;偏高岭土有利于强度的提高 ,但对抗渗性能和凝胶时间的影响不显著 ;粉煤灰对这些性能的影响均不显著 ;2 )无机矿粉复合后 ,可使材料2 8d的抗压强度达 4 3MPa以上 ,抗渗压力达 1.5 MPa以上 ;3)该胶凝材料的浆体为宾汉型流体 ;4 )该胶凝材料中掺加粉煤灰 ,其浆体的流动性优于掺加矿渣和偏高岭土的浆体流动性
