The time lapsing artificial ageing of six membrane materials with acrylate, PVDF and PTFE top coatings are investigated by a practical environmental simulation. The environmental simulation consists of two series of treatment with high time lapsing effect. During each of the 20 days treatment cycle the samples were periodically treated by UV-radiation, rain, a warm humid noxious gases containing atmosphere and a dew-frost period. In similarity to reality the artifical ageing led to yellowing or loss of gloss of the membrane samples. Dying of the samples according to the Neocarmin-TA-method proved unevenness on the top coatings in the original state as well as delamination and chemical altering after ageing especially for the PVDF-coatings. This quick test distinguishes between different membrane systems and ageing situations. Chemical alteration by ageing are monitored by ATR-infraed spectroscopy. These alterations are probably based on different intensive hydrolysis of ester groups on the top coatings.

本文采用对实际环境进行模拟的人工加速老化方法对表面涂有丙烯酸酯、PVDF(聚偏氟烯 )以及PTFE的六种不同的膜材料的老化性能进行了研究。环境模拟的方法由两套具有高度加速老化效果的处理系统组成。在为期 2 0天的加速老化周期内 ,每种样品周期性的受到紫外线、雨水、空气中的热湿有害气体以及霜冻的作用。与实际情况相似的是 ,在这种人工模拟环境的作用下 ,膜材料样品也会泛黄并失去光泽。结果显示 :采用新胭脂红 -TA方法染色的样品最初的表面涂层不均匀 ,并且样品老化后发生剥离和化学变化 ,对于PVDF涂层来说这一现象更为明显。这一快速测试方法很明显地显示出不同膜材料成分系统和不同的老化环境的差别。老化引起的化学变化由ATR红外光谱仪监控 ,这些化学变化或许是由于表面涂层中的酯基团不同的水解敏感性导致的。

The mechanical behavior of architectural structure made up of PVDF-coated architecture membrane,is very complex under exterior loading.In this paper,the mechanical capability of PVDF membrane under exterior loading was studied.Firstly,tensile experiment of PVDF-coated architecture membrane was conducted to obtain its tensile mechanical parameter under normal and low temperature environment.Secondly,through the method of finite element analysis and actual loading experimentation in the membrane cell with the structure of triangle outline,the distribution of displacement,strain and stress was gained when membrane cell structure beared the distributed loading under normal temperature enviroment.Finally,the structural strength of membrane cell was validated.The results show that it is safe to build large membrane architechture with menbrane cell structure.The experiment method and result could be applied in the structural design of membrane architecture structure.

使用PVDF涂层建筑膜材制成的结构,在承受外载荷情况下,力学行为非常复杂。在本文中,重点研究其单元结构在承受外载荷情况下的力学性能。首先,对PVDF涂层建筑膜材进行拉伸试验,测定其在常温和低温环境下膜的拉伸力学性能参数。然后,以制成的三角框架结构膜单元为对象,在常温条件下,从有限元分析和实际加载试验两方面计算得出结构单元在均布载荷下的位移、应变和应力分布。最后,对其进行强度验证,得出采用膜单元构建大型建筑是安全的结论。试验方法和结果可以应用于膜建筑结构的设计。
