介绍了碳纤维/环氧树脂连续抽油杆的生产方法。以碳纤维和玻璃纤维带为增强材料,以E-51、METHPA和DMP-30组成的树脂体系为基体树脂,以HBT-8为内脱模剂,采用拉挤成型工艺,研制了碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料连续抽油杆。研究表明,纤维排布、原料配比、固化温度和牵引速度是生产工艺的关键控制因素。下井实验表明,与常规钢制抽油杆相比,碳纤维/环氧树脂连续抽油杆可节电1/3以上,产油量为前者的1.3倍以上,经济效益显著,且耐磨、耐腐蚀性好,使用寿命长,运输、安装方便。
