This paper describes the time-domain electromagnetic response above the surface of a homogeneous earth for the application of the impulse type airborne electromagnetic method. This paper describes the time-domain electromagnetic response above the surface of a homogeneous earth for the application of the impulse type airborne electromagnetic method. The formulations of the response are developed from the those of the frequence-domain by the Fourier transform. Both the horizontal and the vertical component of the secondary field were computed with the parameters of the home-made impulse type airborne electromagnetic system. According to the computer results of the time-domain, the diagrames of interpretation are presented in this paper. It can be used to solve two major problems. The first is to interpret the time-domain airborne electromagnetic data measured at different flying altitude so that the earth resistivity will be provided. The second is to estimate the time-domain airborne E. M. response, if the earth resistivity is given; therefore the pseudo-anomalies caused by the change of the flying altitude will be corrected.

This paper presents the application of generalized differential quadrature method to transient structural dynamic response. It employs generalized differential quadrature method in space domain and time series in time domain. The linear algebraic equations for solving all parameters of the response displacement field are obtained by adding several time points.Numerical examples have shown the good accuracy efficiency,convenience and the great potential of this method.

Forward modeling of wave forms detected with a surface detection radar is implemented by calculating Hankel transformation of the response equation in layered medium frequency domain with filtration algorithm through the calculation of time domain response with FFT algorithm. The algorithm would be used to handle and calculate various mission waveforms and the electromagnetic response under the conditions of emitting from array antenna and phased array antenna. The algorithm is verified to be correct through trial calculation with a model and compared with other calculating result.

对于发射信号为无载波高频窄脉冲的探地雷达,导出了层状有损介质表面电磁响应的积分方程算法。首先,利用滤波算法计算层状介质频率域响应方程的汉克尔变换,然后通过傅氏变换计算时间域响应,实现探地雷达观测波形的正演模拟。该算法可在频率域对多种发射波形、阵列天线或相控阵天线发射情况下的电磁响应进行处理和计算。经过模型试算,并与其他算法的结果进行比较,证明该算法是正确的。
