With starch and polyvinyl alcohol as basic materials, formaldehyde as crosslinking agent, glycerol as plasticizer, polyvinylalcohol-starch biodegradable agriplast film materials were prepared by casting process, through PVC hydrophobic processing.The effects of compounding ratio and hydrophobic processing on the film property were studied. The results showed that thebiodegradability and elongation of the film increased with the increase of the starch, but the tensile strength decreased, thestrength obviously increased after the hydrophobic processing, having a high strength even after being immersed in water for 16days (while the film not being processed lost its strength when immersed in water for a few minutes). Compared with PE film,the mechanical properties of the film was better, the light transmission and thermal insulating properties were as good as those ofPE film, but the oxygen permeability was decreased. The insect preventing ability was improved because of the forming ofdroplet and good hygroscopicity of the film. The film would degrade into embrittled pieces after being laid into the earth for 4months.

以淀粉、聚乙烯醇为基本原料,甲醛为交联剂,甘油为增塑剂,用浇铸法经PVC疏水化处理后制备了聚乙烯醇—淀粉生物降解膜材料。研究了原料配比、疏水化处理对膜性能的影响。结果表明,淀粉含量增加,提高了材料的生物降解性能和伸长率,但拉伸强度下降;疏水化处理明显提高了湿强度,在水中浸泡16天仍具有较高的强度(未处理膜在水中浸泡数分钟便完全失去强度);与PE膜对比,机械性能较好,透光率、保温性相当,透氧率略低,由于具有较好的吸湿性,膜内形成微细雾滴,从而提高了防病虫害功能。在土中堆埋4个月后,膜降解成脆片。

Based on the principle that hydroxy terminated fluorosilicone oil inactivates the surface of silica agrogel, the enhancing mechanism of flurosilicone rubber has been studied. Hydroxy terminated fluorosilicone oil amphoteric and more acidic silicone. Some active hydroxyl groups of silica agrogel treated with hydroxy terminated fluorosilicone oil are reacted with Si-O chain through acid base action proved by Infrared spectrum; deactivating silica agrogel surface partly eliminating structurization effect". Therefore improving the quality of rubber the rest active hydroxyl groups still have somewhat structurization effect" through retaining acid base absorption resulting in enhancing the mechanical properties of fluorosilicone rubber.

采用 I G C法,选择8 种已知酸碱性的探针分子 ,表征羟基氟硅油的酸碱性质。经净保留时间t N 以及表面自由能作用参数(γ+i 、γ-i )定性、定量表征羟基氟硅油是一种两性偏酸的物质,可以被选为白炭黑/氟硅橡胶体系的“结构化”处理剂。经疏水化处理白炭黑补强的氟硅橡胶力学性能及加工工艺性能显著提高。并通过 I R 光谱分析羟基氟硅油在白炭黑表面的钝化作用探讨氟硅橡胶增强机理。
