This paper mainly describes the design idea for the research and development of the said steel.The test results obtained in Mechanical Properties test,drop-weight test,elasticity modulus (E) test,crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) test,fatigue crack propagation rate(da/daN) test,welding thermal simulation,etc on the plate show that the high properties heavy steel S355N(Z25) for use in bridge,produced by Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,can meet requirements for high parameter design in various kinds of bridges....

本文主要介绍了该钢研制的设计思路 ,通过钢板的机械性能、落锤实验 (NDT)、弹性模量 (E)实验、裂纹尖端张开位移 CTOD实验、疲劳裂纹扩展速率 da/ d N试验、焊接热模拟等各种实验研究结果 ,证明了舞钢生产的高性能特厚桥梁用钢 S3 5 5 N(Z2 5 )能满足各类桥梁的高参数设计要求。

In this paper, carries out a stimulated experiment with controlled rolling and cooling for 14MnNbq steel plate. Using some analysis techniques and methods, such as optical microscope, transmission electron microscope, mechanical behavior experiment, we analyze the experimental results and prove that that 14MnNbq steel possesses high strength and toughness. It can meet technical requirements of steel used in heavy bridge. We also provide the primarily mechanism of strength and toughness of 14MnNbq steel.

通过对14MnNbq钢板进行模拟控轧控冷试验,利用光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜、力学性能试验等检测分析技术和手段,对试验结果进行了分析和研究,证明该钢具有较好的强韧化综合性能,满足了大型桥梁用钢的技术条件要求,并指出了14MnNbq钢的主要强韧化机制。
