This paper describes the design concept,technological flow and characteristics of top equalizing gas recovery system of No3 BF at Baoshan Iron & Steel Co..The recovery technology consist of one times recovery and two times relief.Installating the top equalizing gas recovery system will lead to prolong suitably the filling time and so cause a slight decrease of the capacity to lift stockline.Under the condition of seperate charging of sinter by fraction size,the filling cycle is 573s and the operation efficiency of charge equipment is 83%.Owing to the adoption of two stage dust cleaning,dust content in recoveried gas is decreased to less than 200mg/m3n,and when recoveried gas comes in the clean gas pipes net,dust content in clean gas was raised to 6.4mg/m3n from 5mg/m3n,but this content is still within the limits permitted by user.

宝钢3号高炉采用了炉顶均压煤气回收系统,本文阐述了其设计思路、工艺流程及特点。回收工艺为一次回收、二次放散的方式。设置均压煤气回收后,将适当延长炉顶装料时间,使设备赶料能力稍有下降。在烧结矿分级入炉情况下,装料周期达到了573s,装料设备作业率达83%。由于采取了两次除尘措施,回收煤气含尘量可以降到~200mg/m~3n以下,并入净煤气管网后,净煤气含尘量将从5mg/m~3n增加到~6.4mg/m~3n,仍处于用户所能接受的范围内。

Angang's No.11 BF was repaired in Aug. 2001 due to severe damage of BF hearth and hot stove. Many new techniques such as two size sinter charging, thin lining combining brick with lining, TRT and top level of burden monitoring were adopted in repair. These will provide a excellent base for the goals of BF smooth run, low consumption, long life and high efficiency.

由于高炉炉缸和热风炉破损严重 ,鞍钢 11号高炉于 2 0 0 1年 8月进行了完善性大修改造。在这次大修中 ,采用了多项新技术 ,如烧结矿分级入炉、砖壁合一薄炉衬技术、余压发电以及炉顶料面监控等等。这些新技术的采用 ,将为高炉生产实现优质、低耗、长寿、高效的目标奠定良好的基础。
