The results show that by adjusting the amount of aluminum and beryllium to eutectoid or pseudo eutectoid composition, the complete martensitic microstructure with thermal elasticity can be ensured and the effect of element's solid solution strengthening is helpful to improve mechanical characteristics of the CuAlBe (B) alloys in cast state. By means of metallograph, X ray diffraction and curve of resistance to temperature, it is clear that owing to the ability of beryllium to stabilize β phase, it is possible for CuAlBe(B) alloys to get the thermal elastic martensitic phase and to reveal the high damping capacity in cast state. By adding a trace of boron to the CuAlBe(B) alloys, the grains can be refined remarkably and thus improves the tensile strength and plasticity of the alloys. The optimized alloys in this study have excellent properties with σ b=767MPa, δ =7 62%, S D C=18 70%, so they can satisfy the demands of the damping alloys in engineering application.

通过对比试验和正交试验优化了CuAlBe (B)阻尼合金成分 ,结果显示 :控制Al和Be含量使合金为共析或伪共析成分 ,可保证铸态组织全部为热弹性马氏体 ,合金元素对马氏体的固溶强化效果有助于进一步提高合金的力学性能。通过金相组织观察、X射线衍射和电阻 温度曲线的分析可见 ,由于Be有效地稳定了 β相 ,使CuAlBe (B)合金在铸造条件下就可获得热弹性马氏体 ,大应力扭摆式阻尼测试结果证实了该合金具有较好的阻尼性能 ,微量的B可以显著细化CuAlBe (B)阻尼合金的晶粒 ,改善合金的强度和塑性。本试验所优化的铸造CuAlBe (B)阻尼合金性能优良 ,σb=76 7MPa ,δ =7 6 2 %,S D C =18 70 %,满足工程阻尼材料的使用要求

Based on practical projects,the author introduces temperature crack control measures of mass Conerete.According to the analysis of practical temperature curve,the anthor presents the catholicity and particularity of mass conerete temperature along with varions concrete ages.

结合工程实例,介绍了大体积混凝土温度裂缝的控制措施,通过对实测温度曲线分析,提出了大体积混凝土温度随龄期变化的普通性和特殊性。
