The mass matrix,stiffness matrix and Coriolis matrix of fluid-conveying pipe element are derived by use of Lagrange's equation.The given matrices elements are read into ANSYS through user interface element-Matrix 27,thus,the finite element model for Coriolis mass flowmeter is established and its solution is also performed using ANSYS.Taking the straight tube Coriolis mass flowmeter as an example,the calculated result with the finite element method coincides with that from the analytic method.Then U-tube is taken for an example,some influence factors on the measurement sensitivity such as the dimension of the tube,allocation of the detectors and the masses of the driver and the detectors are analyzed.Some conclusions with fairly practical values are obtained.

运用拉格朗日方程导出了载流测量管单元的质量、刚度及科里奥利矩阵,利用ANSYS软件提供的用户接口单元M atrix27将所定义单元输入到ANSYS中,实现了科里奥利质量流量计的有限元建模与求解。以直管流量计为例将有限元法与解析法的计算结果作比较,二者基本一致,从而验证了有限元建模的可靠性。以U形管为例,分别从测量管的结构尺寸、检测点布置、激振器与检测器质量等影响流量计的灵敏度因素进行分析,得出了一些具有一定实用价值的结论,对测量管的优化设计具有参考意义。

This paper analyses the function of an automation measure and control system for the test bench of hydro-mechanical transmission assembly,and a structure principle of the test bench based on frequency control of transmission speed is proposed.Moreover,the hardware design of the measure and control system is expounded in detail,and the layout of 12 measuring points is presented,too.The application of the test bench meets the requirements of transmission production and development.

分析了基于变频调速的装载机变速器测试台架试验功能,介绍了变速器测试台架的结构原理,设计了以计算机为数据处理中心、以PLC为数据采集和控制核心的硬件测试系统,给出了12个检测点的布置。测试台架的应用满足了变速器总成出厂检验和性能研究的需要。
